today i have been trying to search for the music that we are going to use for our music video , it has been hard searching for music but i am going to continue searching different sites and different places to make sure this video is a success.
we have searched websites like unsigned. com

50 Cent - In Da Club

This is one of the most significant music videos and was the video that brought out 50 cent as a new artist, it starts with Eminem and dre in the labotory trying  program  as if their trying to do test of whether he is ready to be released which was a very clever idea because it helped to introduced 50 to the audience it was like an announcement and really made people intrested in his charecter,  after the song was released 50 cent had this to say about the song

" Dre, he'll play dope beats ... [He'll say], 'These are the hits, 50. So pick one of these and make a couple of singles or something.' The very first time he heard [me rap on] 'In Da Club' he said, 'Yo, I didn't think you was going to go there with it, but, you know, it works.' He was probably thinking of going in a different direction with that song. Then he expanded it into a hit record "

this song led to a wave of rappers coming into the comercial industry and followed success for artist such as the game, lloyd banks, tony yayo.

Missy Elliott - Get Ur Freak On [Video]

This is also a very significant hip hop song released in 2001 by missy elliot and timbaland an it came from the album "Miss E ... So Addictive" the track reached #7 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart, becoming Missy Elliott's fifth most successful single to date.

Musical Youth Pass the Dutchie

this is a significant video and was the first black music group ever to be shown on MTV beating michael jackson to the tittle. this video held the UK number one spot for three weeks in 1982.

preliminary task

This is our preliminary task, this was done to help us practice edition for our proper music video, we used final cut express and edited the music with the footage we had recorded, in addition to this we also tried to use special effects just to get used to how to do it and try and get used to the feel of editing. the main thing we tried to practice was the lip syncing which was challenging however we got the hang of it in the end and done it perfectly.
